Refund Policy
Refund Policy Outlined
The Enneagram Outfitters primarily sells seats to events, tuition to courses, and one to one coaching sessions. The Refund Policy is customized for products and services. Any refund policies outlined or linked to in the purchase page, cart, and invoice at the time of purchase should be regarded as final and override the guidelines in the event that they differ from the below. Policies may be changed without prior notice.

Live In-person or Online Events:
For students who purchase an in-person event from Enneagram Outfitters, the student may cancel their registration 30 or more days before the event date and will receive a refund of the total price minus a 6% fee.
If the cancellation request is made between 30 and 0 days before the event, 50% of the event price is nonrefundable and the remaining 50% will be held as student credit, which can be applied towards future events or Online products.

Pre-recorded Courses:
All purchases of prerecorded courses are nonrefundable.
Program Registrations:
Program registrations and enrollment fees are nonrefundable, but students may withdraw from programs as outlined in their program policies.

Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please send an email to eric@enneagramoutfitters.com. To process your refund, we require proof of purchase.

Processing Refunds:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-10 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Missing refunds:
If after 10 days of your refund being processed you have not received a refund please check with your credit card company and/ or bank account again. If you have checked and still have not received your refund, please contact us at eric@enneagramoutfitters.com.
